Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with your product. More importantly, my client (both the interior designer and the homowner) were truly impressed. The Floating Header provided an excellent solution to a difficult design challenge. In this case, the challenge was a greenhouse window. I used the Floating Header because I could not screw into the mullions or glazing rails of these windows without breaking the seal of the window or the glass itself. Your product allowed me to span 4 panes of glass (24" wide) and use 1 matchstick shade instead of 4, for a clean cohesive look.

As a professional window treatment installer, my foremost concern is to perform a safe, sturdy and reliable installation. The Floating Header allowed me to meet these requirements as well as being aesthetically pleasing and unobtrusive. In fact, the designers' comment was that "It looks like its part of the window, you don't even see it".

To sum it up, the Floating Header is an innovative product, well engineered, fabricated with attention to detail and straight forward to use. But most importantly to me, Chuck and Cherie did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. To me that's (as the Visa commercial says) "priceless"

I just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you how pleased I am with your product. "The Floating Header" is an awesome idea and definitely solves the problem of mounting on an arched window. I used it to mount a normal honeycomb shade and an arch shade on the same header and it worked great. It was a very wide opening (83") and it looked great as well. When we sent for "The Floating Header", we were somewhat apprehensive. No need to feel that way at all. The people we talked to were totally professional and when we received the header a few days later, we were very impressed. The installation was very easy and we had no problems at all. Recently I installed one of your "Floating Headers".

It was a real please to work with your product. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The measurement was exact.

Because the finish on the header was so professionally done, I opted to mount the cellular on the bottom of the header allowing the header to be shown off.
